How does MNRLS hydrate me optimally?

It’s simple: MNRLS provides you with a meticulously curated formula of vital electrolytes, in a quantity and ratio that is backed by scientific studies to rehydrate you efficiently, helping you regain performance when you need it most.

How many servings of MNRLS can I take per day?

We suggest consuming 1-2 stick packs per day, consumed at either the start of your day, 30 mins prior to your training session or during your training session.

However, determining how many stick packs to consume is highly dependant on the individual.

MNRLS is designed to supplement your electrolyte consumption and should not be your sole source of electrolytes.

With the latest literature indicating that we should aim to consume 4-6 grams of sodium per day for optimal health, individual consumption will be determined upon your diet and activity level.

The best approach to take, is to experiment with our suggested amount first and feel what works best for you. For any specific guidance on your salt intake, you should always consult a doctor.

What electrolytes are in MNRLS?

MNRLS contains the 3x most integral electrolytes that impact hydration and fluid balance: Sodium, Magnesium and Potassium.

The high-quality ingredients we use to house these powerful electrolytes are Pink Himalayan Salt (Sodium), Magnesium Bisglycinate (Magnesium) and Potassium Citrate (Potassium).

When should I drink MNRLS?

Consume MNRLS 30-mins prior to your training session for maximum performance or during your training session for optimal recovery.

MNRLS can also be consumed at the very start of your day, when dehydration is high after sleep. Separately, you can consume MNRLS at any part of the day where dehydration is high.
